We have rented condos for 10 years at Panama City. This year there were 10 of us, so decided on this house. We are hooked on a house now. First, owner was amazing, he was actually there when we arrived. It was so nice, to just walk back to house if you wanted something, that end of the beach was not busy. The boys took the 3rd floor and love having their own space. All bedrooms were amazing, my husband is the cook on vacation and loved the spacious kitchen. As others have said the bar across the street is loud, for us we just sang and danced on patio to their music, it does stop at 11:00pm.We are ready to put down a deposit for next year

Perfect accommodations for our young adult family. Who can complain when you are greeted by the amazing beach at your back door. The outside deck/patio was perfect for soaking up sun, reading a book, having a dinner.

My husband and I booked this trip with 7 of our work friends for a quick weekend getaway and it was the perfect property. The location directly on the beach was exactly what we needed trying to coordinate people’s worth of stuff on the beach for the day. It was also a plus there was a spot to rent beach chairs/umbrellas just a few homes down from us. Definitely cuts down on having to pack so much! We loved being directly across the street from the Alibi restaurant which was open for lunch/dinner every day and breakfast on the weekends. We spent most of our nights here hanging out listening to the live music and bands which is a huge bonus from having to drive anywhere. But it was still so quiet in the house even with live bands playing there. We knew at booking the property didn’t have a pool/hot tub and thought it would be a disappointment but for the location we really never missed it!

House was ok but not location to bar across street had loud band three nights. Wouldn’t recommend staying with children very loud.
