About this villa rental

Ideal for a relaxing holiday in total comfort. Casa Tranquila is a very well equipped Villa located in a peaceful complex, close to local bars, restaurants and amenities. It boasts a 8x4m heated pool set in a private landscaped garden.
Inside the Villa consists of a spacious lounge with patio doors leading onto a covered terrace for outside dining. For entertainment there is a 55” flat screen TV with a wide selection of channels (including Sky and British TV), a Blu-ray/DVD player and a high quality Bluetooth speaker. High speed WiFi is free.
The kitchen comes fully equipped with oven / hob, dishwasher, microwave and fridge freezer. From here a door leads to the enclosed Solana (conservatory) which gives the option of inside dining for cooler evenings. There is also a utility area with a washing machine.
The master bedroom provides a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom and ample wardrobe space. French doors lead out onto a second, casual seating area.
Bedroom 2 has twin beds and large wardrobes. In addition there is a family bathroom with walk in shower.
The Villa has beautiful marble flooring and surfaces throughout.

Great communication leading up to our stay and while there. Villa is everything you need for a relaxing break, location is excellent, pool is great, everything well maintained. Hope to return soon!

Thank you Paul and Melinda. The villa was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. Just a short walk are a number of restaurants and two small supermarkets. Playa Blanca town centre is only a ten minute drive away. We had wonderful holiday. One of the best villas we’ve stayed in and would love to book again when we return to Lanzarote

Fabulous stay in an immaculate villa. Everything was simply perfect, excellent communication with the owners, spotlessly clean, very well equipped. Would 100% recommend.
