Der Vater des Vermieters musste leider länger warten, weil der Flug Verspätung hatte und ich dadurch weit nach Mitternacht ankam.
Den jungen Vermieter hab ich gar nie gesehen, nur kurz telefoniert und somit ist das nicht - wie in Griechenland üblich - familiär, aber Touristen legen darauf meist eh keinen Wert

It is an excellent budget travel option in a great location. Comfortable beds (for my preference), very clean and quiet. Don't expect something fancy but for the price in mid season, it's an amazing place. The location is a short walk from the beach, the balcony and there are plenty of restaurants and grocery shops around.
I really missed having a frying pan in the room. I like to make a meal of local ingredients when I go on holiday, not only go to restaurants. Got some great fish in town but had to improvise cooking it in a pot. I also don't like my room to be cleaned every day so a little door sign to tell the maid it's not needed every day, would be useful.,
