L’appartement (dans un petit immeuble avec 3 logement + propriétaire), offre une jolie vue sur la baie de Plakias et dispose d’une grande terrasse. Les commerces sont à proximité, pour autant le logement est à l’écart et au calme. Bon rapport qualité prix.
L’intérieur est daté et ne dispose que d’une cuisine et deux chambres, pas de salon pour se poser. Salle de bain petite et douche étroite.

Großzügige Terrasse mit Meerblick. Vernünftige Küche.
Toilette Tür ließ sich nicht schließen, geht direkt vom Schlafzimmer ab. Kein Dusch Vorhang, alles uberschwämmt. Wohnungstur ließ sich nur halb öffnen. Alles Dinge die man leicht beheben könnte.

La terraza y las vistas. Está muy alto y se ve todo el mar. Entran a limpiar y recoger basura todos los días
La casa en general es antigua. La señora es muy mayor y un poco antipática. Mobiliario básico. En otras casas dejan fruta, café, etc. Aquí Solo 4 botellas pequeñas de agua en la nevera.no hay microondas.

The kindness of the old lady and the kindness of the cleaner.
The ants in the kitchen,the shelves on the fridge door broken and we didn't have the see view like on the picture because infront they built another building and very narrow hallway and balcony. And the access to the apartment it's very hard and difficult with the stroller. So I wouldn't recommend for families with small children.
