Walk less than 100 yards across the street to reach gulf beaches, or take a few steps outside to the calmer waters of the bay - perfect for anyone traveling with children!

Step inside this spacious townhouse and lounge in the central A/C while the private washer/dryer takes care of the laundry. Surf the cable channels or pop in a DVD to make it a movie night with the whole group. Turn some music on the stereo and then head out onto the balcony to take in your views. Connect to the free WiFi to post some pictures to your social account and then get busy on dinner in the fully equipped kitchen.

The one that has the sand area belongs to the other Treehouse units and is only for their guests. [Do not use the doc to the left]
- There are several docks open ~first come first serve
• You are welcome to bring a kayak.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
