There were a few things that I might have included in the rental like shampoo, conditioner, and soap in a dispenser in the bathrooms.
The house was very accommodating, space wise. We enjoyed sitting on the deck, listening to the water lap up on the shore. It was just steps across Fort Pickens Road to the beach

There were a few things that distracted from our stay. The house was a little more dated and rundown than we expected. The couches had some pet hair on them. There was a wet spot on the ceiling in the dining room which we assumed came from the 3rd-floor bathroom. We eventually decided to quit using that shower and that left the ten (10) of us with only one bath we could shower in, which cramped us quite a bit. Most of the sinks were clogged and the ones in the master bath hardly drained at all. There was a large crack in one of the dining room windows but we never opened it and it didn't cause us any problem.
Finally, I'll be a lot more careful next time when evaluating the overall cost. The actual cost was 53% more per night than the advertised nightly rate. Be sure to plan for that. There was an amount added for a damage waiver and processing fee, plus a large VRBO fee, and then an especially high cleaning fee which seemed a bit out of line to me. In fairness, I knew about this before I committed but the charges seem a little excessive anyway. In summary, the location was great and we did enjoy our vacation, but we will do something different next time.
