About this apartment rental

The Regatta at Vanderbilt Beach is a gated community 2 blocks from the beach. It is very child and family friendly. Our condo has all the amenities you could need, including a chef's kitchen, pool and beach toys, a laundry room in the unit, and all linens (including beach towels). Tons of great new updates! Smart TVs in every room.

The screened lanai has a view of the Gulf for beautiful sunset views. Enjoy a cocktail while you take in the sunset!

With over 1630 square feet of space, 3 bedrooms and 2 huge bathrooms, there's enough room for the whole family.

The unit location and communication with owner were wonderful - HOWEVER - this unit has A LOT of deferred maintenance and is in desperate need of a deep, deep clean and some upgrades, large and small. We’ve been coming to Regatta for many years, this stay was slightly disappointing in terms of the quality and overall cleanliness of the unit.
