We apologize for any inconvenience. We can not be held responsible for noise but it is not heard inside our unit, we have had very little complaints due to it. BRAND NEW POOL OPEN. Enjoy the beach right across the street as well as the Ritz Carlton and Turtle Club Restaurant. You will have the best of both worlds! There is a full kitchen for those wishing to eat in or take a short stroll to anyone of the local eateries. The Pavillion or Mercato Shoppes are a short walk offering state of the art shopping, groceries, dining and movies! 1 month minimum Jan - March. 7 day reservations are available during the off season, but you'll want to stay longer.

Fantastic property, even better host. Barbabra was extremely helpful, answering any questions we had about the area, as well as thoughtful things like leaving lights on for us when our flight was delayed. The condo itself is beautiful, clean, well kept and in a great location a block from the beach. Would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend to friends.

We had a great stay from beginning to end. Barbara was great to work with. The condo was impeccable, was close to the beach, and had all the amenities a person needs. Wonderful stay!

Beautiful home but the construction was a bit much. Everyday it moved in front of the condo so it was unpredictable which route we could walk or drive. We were aware of the construction and decided to power through. We will think twice next time. Other than that, condo was so nice and owner was responsive. beautiful morning sunrises from their views. The nearby beach was awesome!
