About this apartment rental
This beautiful, luxurious, upscale condominium is located at Regatta II. It is a large unit, with 2100 square feet and a dramatic view of the bay. Wireless internet with fiber-optics is available in the unit. It is a light, airy unit with three bedrooms and three full baths. The large great room is tastefully furnished, contains a flat screen television and opens to a large, furnished lanai overlooking the beautiful Vanderbilt Bay.
The master bedroom has a king bed, TV, its own large bath with double sinks, shower stall, tub, a large walk-in closet and opens to the lanai. The second bedroom has a queen bed, TV, with access to a full bath. The third bedroom has twin beds and it's own bath with a shower stall.
A large fully equipped kitchen with pantry opens to the dining area. There is a separate laundry room in the condominium unit, with a washer, dryer, and sink. There is a storage area with beach towels, chairs and toys.
The condominium is located across the street from the Ritz-Carlton Hotel, and is a short walk to Vanderbilt Beach. Our indoor garage space is closest to the elevator and there is additional parking included. The Regatta is a gated entry building with a security guard. The large, waterfall pool includes an entrance area that is zero depth, a separate reading pool, fitness center, weight room, and jacuzzi. The pool has a grill area and refrigerator where you can store food and drinks. The Condo is close to the Mercato Shopping Center, restaurants, post office, library, tennis courts, Pickelball courts,park, theaters and terrific shopping nearby.
We need 10 day notice to rent the unit in order to get Condo Association Approval. The condo rental is subject to approval of the Lease and Lease Application by the Condo Association. These documents need to be submitted to owner within 14 days of lease contract.

We have stayed in this building several times before and I would say this was our best stay yet. The condo itself is lovely and has everything you need and more. The owners are responsive and easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay again and were sad to leave. Thanks so much for accommodating us for a 2 week stay.

Location great. Five mins to beach. Amenities close.
Property was nicely laid out and spacious. Was a very comfortable stay. Big plus was things were stocked. Sandwich bags, paper products, condiments, all the little things so you don’t have to buy 50 normal household/ kitchen items for your stay. Usually vacation properties are vacant of the little things. Not the case here. Made our stay much more comfy.

From the moment we drove onto the lot of the property, everything felt right. The entire complex is secure with gated entrance. The condo itself was SOOO clean and well kept, it didn't feel like a rental. The two pools were very nice. We used the grill by the pool and that worked out great. The walk to the beach wasn't bad (although I would recommend bringing a cart of some sort to carry all your beach stuff). The condo had so many amenities that most rentals don't; toilet paper, paper towels, beach towels, bath towels, laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, beach chairs, noodles, boogie boards, beach toys, the list goes on and on.
We truly enjoyed our stay and will be keeping this condo on our short list of possibilities when it comes time to plan the next family vacation.
