Welcome to Regatta Unit 605, a beautiful three-bedroom, three-bath luxury condo in one of the most desirable locations in the Regatta at Vanderbilt Beach. From the private screened lanai, enjoy sweeping panoramic views of Vanderbilt Bay, the marina, and the Gulf of Mexico — the kind of view that makes morning coffee and sunset cocktails feel extra special.
Located on the 6th floor of the 400 Flagship Drive tower, this spacious condo is just steps from the elevator for convenient access. The open-concept layout allows you to enjoy the waterfront views from the kitchen, dining area, and living room, with large sliding glass doors opening directly to the lanai.

Kurt is an exemplary host and went out of his way to accommodate our needs & requests. This unit is in a terrific location and was very well appointed with everything needed for the beach (chairs, towels, etc.) and for preparing a few meals in. The complex’s pools were great and easily accessible - one was a walk across the parking lot and the other was just behind our building, with restrooms available at each location. We used the fitness facilities which were more than adequate. The beach is an easy 5 minute walk and you pass the Ritz hotel along the way which offers a gingerbread house display over the holidays with lots of photo opportunities. Publix is a quick drive or 20 minute walk and Trader Joe’s/Whole Foods are just minutes beyond there by car. Bikes can be rented close-by and jet skis and other water activities can be accessed at the beach. We had fantastic meals at Nemo’s, MoJo’s and Estia’s. Wonderful accommodations and we won’t hesitate to stay here again if we ever return to Naples.

We had the best time at Kurt's condo! It was clean, well-equipped, and in a perfect location (close to beach, restaurants, grocery stores). We hope to be back next year!

Wonderful location in the building. Great view of the sunset over Vanderbilt Beach which is easy to walk to. Kitchen and baths are well equipped. Everything needed is there. It is a very comfortable and welcoming place to stay. All you need to do is enjoy yourself!! We hope to return many times.
