This sun filled home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, large 450 sq. ft. lanai and pool. (Pool is not screened in). It is located within a mile of Vanderbilt Beach, The Ritz Carlton.

Take a short bike ride to another one of the country's best beaches, Delnor-Wiggins Pass Beach State Park, a quiet, natural and serene beach. Within 1 mile from our home, you will find world renowned restaurants, such as; The Grill at The Ritz (beachfront), The Baleen, at the LaPlaya Golf and Beach Resort (beach front) and other local favorites like the Turtle Club (beach front dining). Some other locally owned restaurants are Joe's Diner, Trattoria Abbruzi, Bicyclette (Michilin), Brooks Burgers,Tacos and Tequilla Cantina, Royal Scoop, Gran de Cafe (french bakery) and Cesibon a popular ice cream and frozen yogurt shop.

There you can shop and dine at one of the many restaurants and cafes or you can have dinner and a movie at the state-of-the-art movie theater. In addition, it is a very popular place for outdoor movies, concerts, car shows, art shows and nightlife fun at Burn, Blue Martini, The Pub and Burntwood Taberna, Rocco’sTacos, Bar Tulia with many more shops, restaurants and bars opening soon.
Travel North on Tamiami (Rt. 41) for approx. 15 minutes and shop and dine at Coconut Point (and ourtdoor mall) in Estero or visit Miromar Outlets.
Naples is famous for having great golf courses, as well. You'll find a list of them in the home. The house is exactly as it is in the pictures ! The kitchen is well stocked with spices, coffee makers and dishes Great location to beach and restaurants !The outside area is awesome with chairs and lounges Great heated pool and view of canal.

We have stayed at this property several times and each time is better than the next. The location is perfect with just a short walk to the beach. On this trip we saw manatees in the canal and even enjoyed the pool on the warn January days! Antoinette is always quick to respond should any issues arise. We will definitely be back!

Everything was perfect! The home is beautiful, equipped with everything you need. Antoinette answered a few questions for me right away. I highly recommend and will booking for next year.
