PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
Sun-seekers will appreciate the Scenic View Penthouse Two-bedroom condo with direct access to its private rooftop with Hot Tub, loungers in the sun, a shaded living and dining area, and an outdoor prepping area with a sink and large BBQ-grill. With dreamy panoramic views of the Caribbean Sea, its two outdoor living areas blend seamlessly with its elegant interior, providing an exquisite setting for relaxation and entertainment with family and friends. The stunning views continue on the balcony that stretches across the living room and both bedrooms with a wall of sliding glass doors. The Scenic View Penthouse Two-bedroom condo is a sophisticated vacation rental penthouse located at the LeVent Beach Resort Aruba, the newest vacation rental resort on our 'One Happy Island' of Aruba.
The open plan living area is provided with a large TV, an L-shaped leather sofa-bed (with a double-size mattress), a 6-seat glass dining table, and a full-sized fully equipped modern kitchen with 4-barstools. The entrance has a spiraling staircase to the rooftop and the laundry room with washer-dryer and storage facilities.
The primary bedroom has a king-size bed, a TV, and access to the balcony with stunning views. The primary bedroom offers a full modern en-suite bathroom with a shower and walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, a TV, built-in closets, and access to the balcony with stunning views. The second modern bathroom is just off the second bedroom with a shower.
This unit provides you with 1,440 sq. ft. of living space and about 110 sq. ft. of outdoor space, a code-lock safety box, free unlimited WiFi, and three cable TVs (in the living room and each bedroom). This unit is located on the right hallway off the elevators on the sixth floor. Sleeps 6 guests in 2 beds plus 1 double-size sofa-bed.

The pool area at LeVent Beach Resort Aruba is set amidst lush tropical landscaping and features a swimming pool, a large hot tub, a shallow pool area for kids, and various sunny or shaded lounge areas, offering a tranquil retreat within the resort. The beach access gate is only about 100 yards from Eagle Beach. Resort facilities include a children's playground, a fitness room, an alfresco dining area with 2 BBQ grills, and an ice machine. Ample free parking available within the 24/7 secured gated complex. Beach towels are provided for all Prestige guests upon check-in and can be exchanged once per day, free of charge, at the Prestige LeVent desk in the lobby. The LeVent properties managed by Prestige Vacations Aruba are also equipped with coolers and portable beach chairs (stored on the ground floor) for guests to use during their beach outings. Awesome place to stay and spread out. Top deck with jacuzzi was great too! Didn’t get enough bath towels for the amount of people staying though. The pool was nice as well and not crowded.

This condo was wonderful! Clean and spacious for our family of four. We enjoyed the rooftop balcony and the close proximity to a beautiful beach. They had beach chairs, beach towels, coolers, ice and a well stocked kitchen. The private grill was a bonus too. A grocery store was nearby if you wanted to get food to cook. We had a wonderful time and would definitely return!

This property was everything you could ask for. The unit, the view and most of all Jerry and Carlotta(mgmt staff) were all perfect. The service and care we received from them was unparalleled. Prestige should be proud to have such a great staff. We will be back!

The condo was exactly as described. Great location, close to many restaurants and beach. Rooftop hot tub was amazing with a great view. Communication was top notch, we were even allowed to checkout later which helped since we had late flights.
Definitely recommend if you are looking to stay at Eagle Beach.
