It really felt like a home from home.

The breakfast was lovely including homemade jam and marmalade. Maggi and her husband were friendly and interesting to talk to. The dog Flossie was adorable and gentle. We had a lovely time in Sheffield. This location is handy for the University and much of the rented accommodation on the western side of Sheffield.

Wonderful welcoming stay

Staying in such a beautiful home was lovely. Maggi and Sam were so welcoming. The location was ideal for my needs with 2 bus routes into the city nearby. I was able to come and go as I needed and didn't feel too intrusive being in someone else's home. Room was very comfortable with a great small ensuite. Breakfast was lovely too. Next time I will bring my husband and dog. Special shout out to Flossy who was delightful.

Great place to stay

Maggie was a lovely host . Made you feel very welcome in their home. Breakfast was superb and loved the homemade jams on offer . Nothing too much trouble . Weather was terrific and very very hot during our stay .

A great place to stay near hospitals and the university

It was spotlessly clean, the host and hostess were so friendly and helpful. It was one of the nicest b&b places I've stayed at. The price was very reasonable and the breakfast was excellent.

Friendly Hosts with a well behaved lurcher. The room, which looked out over the rear garden, was on the small side but well decorated with a comfortable bed and a smart TV. A kettle with coffee/tea and fresh milk was provided. The ensuite though compact was functional. Optional breakfeast was modestly priced . Kippers or eggs, meusli, coffee.

Might not be suitable for larger people who also fancy a full english.

Perfect accomodation

My husband and I had a lovely stay at this perfect B&B in a lovely location, on the edge of Sheffield. The accommodation was very comfortable with beautiful countryside views, with the added advantage of a very good bus service to the city center.. Both Maggi and Sam were helpful in every way and we look forward to a return visit very soon.

Maggie's home was lovely. The bed was so comfy. Our room was clean. We had Netflix tv. The location was great, we were a short walking distance to the countryside and only about 20 mins on the bus to Sheffield town centre. Breakfast was healthy and lovely with homemade jam. Maggie was very welcoming and recommended places for us to visit during our stay. Would recommend and stay again when visiting Sheffield.

I booked Maggi's on behalf of a friend who was coming up to stay. From the start the communication was great, offered to cook an evening meal and breakfast which is super amazing. Maggi made my friend feel welcome and ensured they had everything they needed, even offered to iron their shirt! It was a lovely warm ambience, friendly and superb service. I would highly recommend and will use Maggi again. Going above and beyond to make their stay the best it could be. Thank you.
