Lors de notre arrivée au rendez-vous, nous avons été bien reçu, l'appartement est conforme à nos attentes par rapport au descriptif et photos, celui-ci se trouve à 10/15 mn à pied de la citée corsaire. Aucune remarque sur la propreté des lieux. Nous saurons où aller lorsque nous reviendrons à Saint Malo. bien cordialement.

Nous avons passé de très belles vacances à St.Malo. Les locataires de la propriété sont très accueillants et attentionnés. L'appartement est petit, mais meublé avec beaucoup de goût et idéal pour des vacances à deux. Le logement est situé au centre de Saint-Servan, un quartier vivant de St.Malo. Une très belle promenade au bord de la mer mène de l'appartement à l'Intra-Muros (15mn à pied). Nous n' hésiterions pas à y refaire un séjour.

le propriétaire est très accueillant. Les prestations du studio sont de qualité et conformes à l'annonce, la plage de Saint Servan et les commerces sont très proches et pourtant le calme règne dans le studio. J'ai vraiment passé une semaine reposante et je n'hésiterai pas à revenir. Merci

Propre car refait à neuf, idéalement situé à 15min à pied d'intra-muros et à 2min de la plage, de la tour Solidor et de tous commerces et facilités, dans une résidence calme... En un mot idéal!! À refaire et à faire partager!!
