    Location and garage were perfect. The two flights of stairs and a non working refrigerator were negatives. The abundance of furnishings did not permit a spotless cleaning. Even with the negatives, we had a great time.

    This apartment is perfect for shops, bars, cafes, restaurants and with parking just below the apartment you can't ask for much more. It felt like someone's home and not just a money making place. It was fully equipped and the owners and caretakers were so helpful. It only took 1 minute to get into the walls and park and it only takes 2 minutes to get out. The beach is a 6 minute walk away and you can't get any closer to the food and drink areas (And the benefit being the road was quiet that we stayed on) It's not an expensive holiday and would fit 5 people (So 2 adults and 3 kids would be great) We spent many a night just sitting on the balcony watching the world go by with a coffee and a croissant :) Parfait :)

    We stayed 1 week in this apartment with our family (2 adults and 2 girls of 15 and 11). Let me sum up the positive points: 1. spacious apartment 2. fast internet 3. unlimited hot water in kitchen and shower (and powerful stream in shower) as this often is a minor point in many houses 4. very handy location with big garage for the car 5. very friendly contact with the care takers (famille Jarnet). 6. also the arrangements before and after our stay were very correct, fast and clear. 7. quiet! 8. all equipment worked perfectly (we did not try TV and video, but who needs that when you stay in beautiful St Malo). One minor point (not that it bothered us really but just to be honest about our appreciation): The dishes were still dirty and some rooms were not vacuum cleaned. But this is probably due to the previous tenants. IN SHORT: We can highly recommend this place to anyone, especially to families with kids.

    Check-in über sehr freundliche Bekannte des Vermieters, die leider am zweiten Tag noch einmal extra aus 30 km Entfernung kommen mussten, da das elektrische Rolltor der Garage nicht funktionierte und wir das Auto für einen geplanten Ausflug zum Mont Saint Michel nicht heraus bekamen. Mit zwei Stunden Verspätung erreichten wir dann das inzwischen stark bevölkerte UNESCO Weltkulturerbe. Für Hausstauballergiker ist diese Wohnung in wirklich guter Lage leider ungeeignet. Außerdem mussten bei Ankunft aus allen Schubladen im Bad Haare entfernt und unter anderem das Geschirr von Eigelb- und Kaffee-/Teeresten befreit werden, obwohl der Vermieter eigentlich genauso wie wir die Endreinigung bezahlt haben müsste. Wir haben die Wohnung sauberer verlassen als wir sie vorgefunden hatten, abgesehen von Bonbonpapieren in einer gelben Dose, die nicht von uns stammten. Schade! Was nicht gut war, ist leider nicht schön zu reden. Positiv ist bleibt also die gute Lage und die Garagennutzung (wenn das Tor funktioniert) sowie die Herzlichkeit von Frau und Herrn Jarnet. Danke dafür!
