It was ideal for us and our two dogs with a safe and enclosed garden. A Short walk to Dinard center, beach and market which was one of the vest we've seen. Good restaurants nearby and the house was only 100mtrs. from a supermarket. We certainly enjoyed our stay.

Absolutely amazing sweet house and perfect for a family wirh kids. We ate salad, raspberries and strawberries all the time from the garden. A lot of toys are also there ald the house is perfect equipped. Alain is a very good host, too. He even welcomed us with presents.

Parfait !

Location bien entretenue, très bien équipée et bien située (proche commerces et plages). Propriétaire très sympathique et accueillant. Très joli jardin (fleuri et bien aménagé) qui permet de profiter du soleil tout au long de la journée (bien clôturé pour nos amis à 4 pattes). Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Logement conforme à la description, très propre, environnement très calme. Propriétaire très sympa. Livres et BD à profusion (parfait en cas de mauvais temps)! Commerces de proximité. On peut juste regretter la distance aux plages mais ce n'est qu'à 10 mn à pied. Nous étions avec notre chienne, c'était top. Merci pour tout.

Maison agréable à vivre à Dinard, bien équipée et avec 2 espaces jardins pour profiter du soleil à différents moments de la journée. Propriétaire extrêmement sympathique, disponible et faisant le maximum pour ses hôtes. Le quartier est un peu excentré et n'a pas le charme du centre ville, mais St Enogat est à 10 mn à pied, les halles à peine plus. La maison est dans un petit passage très calme, on s'y sent de suite très à l'aise.

Alain est un hôte d’une gentillesse exceptionnelle. Il met à disposition sa jolie petite maison pour que nous nous y sentions comme chez nous. C’est un petit coin de paradis pour les enfants entre jeux, livres, articles de plage .... notre boule de poil a pu profiter du jardin. Il y a tout le confort pour s’y ressourcer et profiter pour visiter toute la richesse de la région. Et le plaisir de pouvoir aller à pieds à la Plage, petit bourg avec tout le nécessaire pour ne pas avoir à prendre la voiture. Hâte de pouvoir y retourner. Vous pouvez réserver les yeux fermés. Merci encore Alain pour votre accueil et espérons vous voir lors de notre prochain séjour. Les enfants vous disent « merci Alain c’était super on a adoré »☺️

La maison est très agréable à vivre. Il ne manque rien. Tout est prévu et pensé pour que l'on passe un bon séjour. Le jardin avec son potager qui est mis à disposition est un vrai plus ! Tout est à proximité, la plage, le centre ville animé avec les restos, les commerces... Nous avons passé de super vacances et le propriétaire est très sympathique.

Der Vermieter war überaus sympathisch, hilfsbereit und hat uns mit vielen guten Tipps versorgt. Das Haus war sauber, ruhig gelegen, komplett und liebevoll eingerichtet. Le proprietaire était amical, serviable et il nous a donné beaucoup de bons conseils pour les vacances. La maison était située très calme. Elle était propre et complètement équipée.On se pouvait sentir bien!

Nous avons passés 2 semaines fabuleuses dans cette maison dans laquelle rien ne manquait. Nous étions un couple avec une petite fille de 3 ans qui a adoré la maison et l'environnement. L'accueil d'Alain et de sa compagne fut très chaleureux et agréable. La maison a tout pour se sentir bien, en particulier beaucoup de jeux tant d'intérieur que d'extérieur. Nous avons bien profité de tout ça. La proximité avec le carrefour market à 100m est aussi à souligner. Dommage que nous soyons repartis trop tôt pour pouvoir apprécier les fraises, mais nous avons pu profiter pleinement du muguet.
