Ein schönes Quartier in guter Lage. Ein Strand ist sehr nahe, ein Supermarkt mit dem Auto erreichbar

Die Lage ist sehr gut; die Ausstattung gut.

Schön wären zumindest schlichte Garderobenhaken und eine Unterbringungsmöglichkeit für Schuhe gewesen. Dieser " Mangel " lässt sich aber händeln.

Un séjour très mitigé

La maisonnette est globalement spacieuse. Petite terrasse et courette très agréables, idéales pour profiter de l’extérieur. Environnement calme. Bonne localisation, la mer est accessible à pied. La remise des clés en boutique à Dinard est pratique.

L annonce parle de "front de mer" ce qui n est pas exact : ni vue ni accès direct à la mer Une chambre sans éclairage Les salles d eau sont très rudimentaires (pas de meuble, pas de tapis de bain, poubelles et porte papier toilette "has been") Salon peu chaleureux (pas de tapis, pas de déco...) Il faut faire les lits soi-même et des instructions de départ trop "reglementaires" (exemple : ramener ses draps à l agence) Télévision et WiFi qui ne fonctionnent pas Comportement du voisin (la propriété attenante) peu accueillant (demande de fermer la fenêtre sans raison dès notre arrivée, remarque désobligeante sur notre chien pourtant calme et bien élevé). Nous n étions que 2 adultes, et avons pensé aux clients qui viennent avec de jeunes enfants ! Les pauvres ! En outre, on parlait tout bas tellement on avait peur de déranger....
