Intra Muros is charming, the only place to stay in St Malo. No parking or cars, car parks outside. .Narrow cobbled streets, small hotels, boutiques, lots of cafe/bars and restaurants, office de tourisme close by.. .

It was great to re-visit St Malo after 40 years, great location within the old walled city. Direction to the property could have been better. Plenty of places to visit within close proximity. Mount Michael is well worth a visit.

We’ve just spent a great week in this lovely apartment. On the fourth floor (with a lift if the stairs are too much), the apartment is very bright with large windows and high ceilings. It’s spacious, comfortable and well-equipped with plenty of crockery, pots & pans, etc. The washing machine and the dishwasher were a plus! The host was very welcoming on our arrival and gave great advice on the parking. He was very responsive; we had a minor problem with the internet during our stay which he resolved very quickly. The apartment is just a few yards from the main gate and the restaurants in the main square and under the ramparts. It’s also just a one minute walk from the Carrefour Cité supermarket; a minute or two beyond that you’ll find Creperie Sainte Barbe which is great if you’re looking for somewhere less touristy to eat. I would definitely love to stay here again.

For the second time we stayed in this nice and comfortable flat in the centre of St. Malo and enjoyed it very much. Close to all the shops and restaurants but also very quiet. We went by bus to Cancale and by train to Rennes (very interesting city with a very old centre), bought fish at the market and cooked it in the well equipped kitchen, had good meals in restaurant. In short, we had a good time.

Très belles vacances, appartement magnifique, très bien situé dans la ville. L'appartement est splendide, spacieux, calme et très lumineux tout est fait pour rendre le séjour agréable. Les chambres sont belles, le séjour est meublé avec goût, bon accès internet. Un petit bémol, il manque un peu de vaisselle quand on est six personnes, afin d' avoir assez pour un deuxième repas quand une partie est déjà dans le lave-vaisselle. On reviendrais tout de suite!

J ai trouvé que malheureusement mal grès que le gérant était très sympathique, l appartement et bruyant le soir , que la propreté n est pas de rigueur ( canapé ne correspond pas au photo et celui en place est taché de par tout ainsi que la moquette, il manquait un store donc vie à vie avec les voisin . Le frigo le maintient de bouteille du bas tombe dès que l on ouvre trop vite, la chasse d eau toilette fonctionne mal pas de lumière sur la hotte . Pas de produit ménage pour laver les sols ou la salle de bain . Voilà !!! Je reste sur un séjour agréable mal grès ça . Par contre le parking payer en plus de la location non il faut l inclure . Merci .

Très bon accueil ( le propriétaire est venu nous chercher à la gare ) . Il y a eu un petit problème de machine à laver qui s’est résolu assez vite et il y avait tout le nécessaire pour notre bébé .l’ensemble du séjour a été plutôt agréable .Pour nous , le seul bémol a été de devoir louer draps et serviettes ou de les apporter ( ce que nous avons fait finalement ) Par ailleurs,la situation géographique est vraiment parfaite .

L'appartement est conforme au descriptif mais situé dans un secteur assez bruyant près de l'entrée principale de l'Intra-Muros. Par temps chaud si l'on doit laisser une fente aux fenêtres on est très exposés aux bruits nocturnes (animations, cris des fêtards) et à la circulation des véhicules de livraison tôt le matin. Les couettes des lits étant assez épaisses et chaudes nous avons souffert de cette situation. À part ce bémol et une panne du petit ascenseur réglée somme toute rapidement, nous avons bien profité de l'appartement qui est assez spacieux et bien fenestré et qui dispose de tous les accessoires de base pour un séjour autonome. Le propriétaire s'est aussi montré très disponible et compréhensif concernant les horaires de prise de possession et de remise du logement.

Appartement idéalement situé dans l’intra Muros : plages, restaurants, animations, carrefour city, boulangerie,.... Il est aussi très agréable à vivre: grand et lumineux . Nous étions deux papas avec 3 enfants. Un séjour de 15 jours très apprécié !

Supervriendelijke eigenaar! Fantastische locatie! Ruim appartement voorzien van alles. De eigenaar stelde ons een parkeerkaart (tegen betaling) ter beschikking waardoor we heel voordelig konden parkeren in de ondergrondse parking vlakbij. Eén minpuntje: door het gebruik van vast tapijt moet je het appartement wat vaker uitluchten.
