Directly on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico, the view from this condo is breathtaking! Undercover parking, an open-air lanai, and elevator complete the package. There is a large heated pool and spa directly on the beach.
No matter where you stand in this unit, you will always have a beautiful panoramic view of the Gulf of Mexico.
**Please keep in mind if the elevator becomes inoperable due to any reason, the stairs will be the only form of transportation to and from the unit. This unit is subject to the rules and regulations of a Condo Association which is not affiliated with A Paradise Vacation Rentals. We are not notified of, nor can we be held responsible, for any exterior maintenance that might occur during your stay.
You are vacationing in a residential area where homes are in close proximity to each other. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. A violation of the city's noise control ordinance shall subject the violator to the issuance of a notice of violation or citation. Noise is measured at the property line of the property generating the noise.

The condo was in the perfect spot. Nice and quiet, clean and the bed was comfortable. Host was GREAT! Beach was never crowded and had amazing sunsets with lots of sea life to see. Shells and sand dollars everywhere to collect and beautiful white sand. The condo had enough cooking supplies. The remodeled bathroom was nice, but we personally didn’t like the shower due to the glass and no door. Had to be careful not to get water on the floor with the amazing shower heads.We would definitely stay again. Make sure you get extra trash bags and something to clean counters with, we didn’t have any disinfectant spray to clean with. Had tons of beach chairs and umbrella with toys too if you have kids. The pool was closed due to repairs, but our wonderful host compensated us for that, which was very nice. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality and beautiful condo ( unit 12 ) we definitely enjoyed our anniversary week and relaxed. I highly recommend Holy cow ice cream shop! lol and C ponies horseback riding for an amazing experience in the ocean on horseback. If you’re going to Anna Maria , THIS IS THE PLACE TO STAY!

The view at this condo is amazing! The sunsets each evening were breathtaking! The landscaping is lovely, the location on AMI is great, the balcony is large, and the condo is comfortable. We’d stay at this location again.

The rental agent was rude on day of check in. Condo needs major updating. We had to buy wash cloths. No dishwasher soap or dish soap. Least amount of starter supplies I've ever seen. Only received one key fob to use for pool and elevator door, very inconvenient for four people. Will never rent from Paradise Rental again.
