Directly on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico, the view from this condo is breathtaking! Undercover parking, an open-air lanai, and elevator complete the package. There is a large heated pool and spa directly on the beach.
This gorgeous condo is one of the largest at the Anna Maria Island Club. It has been completely renovated from top to bottom. There is a pocket door separting the guest room, creating a double suite feature which is perfect for privacy. Featuring stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico this unit offers a spacious balcony that is ideal for enjoying the breathtaking beach views.
Enjoy many activities on your visit; swimming, snorkeling, beautiful sunsets, fishing, boating, shopping, watching wildlife, golfing, bicycling, tennis, and more. Easily explore taking advantage of the free island trolley.
Anna Maria Island is a tropical barrier island seven and one half mile long. Its fine white sugar sand beaches are open to the public with convenient accesses along the entire island. It is one of the finest beaches in the United States. Unlike some tourist areas of Florida that are typified by endless rows of high rise apartment buildings and hotels, Anna Maria is an island of homes and small resorts.
You are vacationing in a residential area where homes are in close proximity to each other. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. A violation of the city's noise control ordinance shall subject the violator to the issuance of a notice of violation or citation. Noise is measured at the property line of the property generating the noise.

The condo is exactly as pictured. The updated kitchen and open spaces have excellent views of the beach and the sunsets. The beach is beautiful with calm water. The pool is a really nice way to end the day and take a break from the salt water. The home is well located close to stores and restaurants which makes it convenient and easy. We enjoyed our stay and recommend it.

Our first visit to Bradenton Beach was fantastic. Everything you can imagine was furnished in our beachfront condo. It was beautiful as was the view. The island and mainland restaurants were excellent. Highly recommend!!

This property has such a beautiful view of the Gulf. It's the best part for sure. We stayed for two weeks during which time we had to do some remote learning with the kids and working remotely for us, which turned out to be impossible. The condo next door was being completely gutted and renovated and there was banging, hammering and drilling all day mon-fri. It was unbearable to be home during those hours which made it a very unpleasant stay for many parts. We did love being right on the beautiful beach and the neighbors were very nice. The kitchen is very well appointed - though get coffee pods as the drip coffee maker doesn't work. The construction didn't ruin our vacation but definitely put a big hamper on it.
