Welcome to Anna Maria Island Club! This unique property is truly one of a kind. Enjoy expansive views of the beach from the Master bedroom, living room area and of course the open air balcony. One of the areas only condos with a beach side pool and hot tub, this property also has undercover parking and an elevator.
This unit is beautifully furnished with nautical, tropical and sea life touches throughout.
The living room has comfortable seating with two chairs and a well cushioned, sleeper sofa. The dining room has seating for six. There is also a workstation for those vacationers who are on a working vacation. The living room and each bedroom have their own smart TV's for everyone's viewing pleasure. The master bedroom has lovely views of the beach and a queen size bed. The guest bedroom has twins.
The kitchen is very open and has all the amenities you will need to cook your favorite meals or just to entertain friends and family.
Anna Maria Island Club is centrally located on the Island and is inbetween Manatee Ave and Cortez Road. There are eateries within walking distance or you can hop on the free trolley and go north or south to explore other areas of our small 7.5 mile island.
Where ever you go or what ever you choose to do, Anna Maria Island Club is your home away from home! Come see what Island life is all about!

The unit was great and as expected. We hope to stay there again. The property manager was not good. It took two days to get the right key to access a stairwell and the people who we initially contacted had no idea what we were talking about. The TV in the primary bedroom died and we were told that was going to be resolved and never was by the manager - it was resolved by owners who stopped by to deliver some stools. After we were contacted by the managing group that the owners were going to stopped by we were informed when checking on the TV, that the manager was unable to contact us. We will use VRBO in the future but not Vascaa if they are the host.

We absolutely loved our week on Anna Maria, especially with this cozy beach condo to call home! The condo is decorated to perfection, with a fully stocked kitchen! We made a few meals at home- best enjoyed on the patio with impeccable views of the ocean!! The condo was easily accessible, and we loved both the private pool and beach access! What a way to start each day, with a walk on the pristine beach right outside our door! We can’t say enough about the space Mary and Nick have created for their guests- and a quick flip through their guest books shows everyone agrees!!! Thank you for the perfect week, we hope to visit again someday soon!!!

The view and location are fantastic. The beach is prefect. The unit is somewhat dated. For $4000 a week, they need burn their current bed spreads, They are old, stained and musty. The pots and pans are cheap and terrible. There is also too much randomness in the unit -fake old dusty plants. Get rid of the 1980s beach decor and lighten it up. Overall a nice place, but for that price there are better options
