Swizzle On The Sound is just a short stroll to the beautiful beaches of Anna Maria Island from your own piece of paradise. This coastal cottage comes tastefully turnkey furnished and is ready for your vacation. This home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and features an open floor plan perfect for entertaining. Televisions are streaming not cable. Large fenced in backyard with covered porch. Also a new heated, salt water, open pool has been installed. Its perfect location places you only a short bike ride to the island's exquisite dining and entertainment or hop on the free island trolley and explore the north end of Anna Maria which is always buzzing with community events and things to do.
Swizzle On The Sound is a one month minimum rental. Per request, The pool can be heated to 85 degrees for an additional $15.00 a day. The pool temperature cannot be guaranteed during extreme cold weather.
Parking is limited to three vehicles.
You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.

From initial booking to check out everything was perfect. The property was exactly as advertised and if anything better. Superb location 100yrds from beach access, also a dock in front where we saw manatee most days. The property has every appliance you could want and a pool we never wanted to get out of. Comfortable beds plenty space to relax inside and out. In perfect condition and spotlessly clean. We stay in AMI most years and this was the best holiday so far and hope to return to Swizzel again.

Pool is wonderful. Location is super convenient with beach and amenities very close by and there is easy access to the Island's two bridges which is a big plus during busy times. Cottage is very comfortable and well stocked. Access door to pool area is through one of the bathrooms which can be inconvenient at times. Outdoor area at back is quite nice, however, the sun shades are getting hard to slide open/close because of rust and, with no screened-in area, flies are an issue at night. Overall though, we liked the place very much and will be returning next year.

Lovely, comfortable home in great location. Especially enjoyed the outdoor living spaces.Just a suggestion, not a criticism - the living room could use a couple of lamps to supplement the overhead lighting.
