The house was in a great location to walk to the beach as there is a pedestrian walkway to cross Gulf Drive to get to the beach at the end of the block. The owners thoughtfully provide beach gear such as chairs, towels, and a wagon which was helpful. If you like to walk, you could get to some restaurants and shops very easily.The house was nicely decorated and comfortable. We were on the second level and there was a group above us for one night of our stay and they could be noisy. Once they left, it was peaceful. There is a very nice covered area on the ground level with chairs to hang out but we chose to stay on our covered porch which had views of the bay. The house could use some maintenance as the ceiling fan in one of the bedrooms did not work, the glass door in one of the bathrooms was falling off the tracks, and we did notice some cockroaches around.The property manager is excellent and responsive. I left some clothes in one of the closets and she sent the items via UPS immediately after I contacted her.Overall, a great beach get-away.
