SeaBreeze Vacation has the most flexible cancellation policy on the Island. You are allowed to cancel your reservation up to 14 days prior to check-in to receive a refund. We also offer a range of supplemental services including pre-stock grocery shopping and babysitting. Need a pack and play or high chair, etc.? These are available for a small additional fee and will be waiting in the home on your arrival.

The property had everything we needed, the location was perfect. Covered parking, gulf front beach, very nice pool and hot tub, large pool deck with chairs, tables and chaise chairs. I would stay here again.

This VRBO rental was spectacular! The location was perfect, the furnishings and decor were top notch, and the amenities were spot on! The beds were super comfortable, and the provided linens were plentiful! We especially appreciated the security of the building. Lastly, a hidden gem that I discovered was an entire cabinet of books (I read several during our stay)! The only tiny things that could be improved would be to provide at least one more garbage bag for the week (we didn't want to buy an entire box of Hefty bags only to use one) and maybe have a binder with information on good nearby restaurants, umbrella & chair rental companies, and fun local activities. We would DEFINITELY stay here again!

Will not stay there again, 2 weeks without pool and spa. We were told by residents who come every year, that this was 3 year in a row, pool and spa heaters not working, we paid a lot to not have this feature be available. We requested an adjustment in our rental fee, never received an answer
