This unit features a fully-equipped kitchen, elevator, washer dryer, cable TV/WiFi, shaded assigned parking and a shared heated pool spa. But, it doesn t stop there; this unit has stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico where you can take in the breathtaking sunsets from your spacious, private balcony not to mention you can also enjoy the gulf view from the living dining areas, kitchen and, last but not least, the primary bedroom that also has entry to the patio.

SeaBreeze Vacation has the most flexible cancellation policy on the Island. You are allowed to cancel your reservation up to 14 days prior to check-in to receive a refund. Wonderful location, property was clean and had everything we needed. The master bed was so comfortable. The shower was amazing. Beach access was perfect and couldn't ask for a better view.

We loved the unit. Also the gentleman that helped us with our luggage since the elevator didn't work and we are old!

After talking to there office several times as to the parking of 2 vehicles , when we arrived we only had permit for one . I called and they told us we could only park 1 vehicle and that the second one only during the day, this was Saturday , so they told me they would call the HOA on Monday , and I could park at thier office about 2 miles away, so my car would not be towed away. I am the Primary, but gave my spot to my Cousin which is 88 years old with Dementia , and all he was going to do , is sit on the Balcony and watch us on his Favorite Beach possibly for the last time. On Monday the management called the HOA and they refused to allow us to park the second vehicle . They showed no Compassion under this situation and stated if they broke the rule for one , they would have to do for all.... Even though the parking lot was half empty in both Buildings... I can undrestand this as I live in a Condo with an HOA and similar rules apply... My main concern is why did'nt the Managenent Co. make it clear on the Vacation Rental Agreement , that there would only be daytime parking for a second vehicle on site !!!!!!! There was also Handicap Parking to the left entry and they never bothered to inform us of this after me telling them that we were both HC. Luckily we found a neighbor resort on Tuesday , when my Wife explained they problem , they immediately issued us a parking pass for the duration of our stay until Saturday the 18th.... Thank GOD for GOOD PEOPLE... I have never encountered such a problem which emotionally damaged our stay here. I have been going to ANNA MARIA ISL. since I was a Kid in the 1950's , this was very dissapointing and confusing .. I would ask them to be transparent on the rental aggrement, rather than refer a renter to all the legal mumbo jumbo on the amount of paper work , background checks etc.... Yes all that stands up in Court , but is poor Customer Service as a result of unresasoble rules by an HOA . I would never stay there again.
