About this villa rental
160 m² wooden house tastefully decorated, very quiet, not overlooked, in the pines, located halfway between the ocean, accessible by the cycle track (Garonne beach) and the Bassin (Plage de l 'Grass). It is easy to do everything by bike thanks to the proximity of the Piraillan market and the nearby village of Canon. The 60 m² grating terrace is bordered by pine trees and has a garden furniture and a barbecue. Inside, the 160 m² villa has all the comforts of modern life:

- 1 bedroom with a double bed
- 3 bedrooms with 2 single beds that can be pushed together to make a 160x190 double bed

All the necessary household appliances are provided (hairdryer, Nespresso machine, vacuum cleaner, washing machine, dishwasher, etc.).

We were two families holidaying together with 3 children under 5. The photos do not do justice to the setting of the house, really is beautiful and nestled in trees. The house has a very family friendly ambience and it is clear this is not just a holiday let, but a much loved and enjoyed family house.
The house has plenty of communal space and an amazing outside deck, be careful with young children though (we had a 2yr old) as the deck is elevated with a large drop and the gaps between the handrail and supports are easily large enough to fall through for little ones.
Sophie was a great host, communication was excellent and we enjoyed our stay massively.

Maison très fonctionnelle et très bien équipée. Un grand espace de vie aussi bien à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur. Une décoration soignée et personnelle. Située au calme dans les pins et à proximité du bassin et de l'océan par la piste cyclabe.
