A second bedroom, also facing north, has two close single beds (80) and a toilet. The spacious (TV, sofa bed: 2 beds) living room and dining room, facing east, offer a comfortable relaxation area. Independent toilets are available. The fully equipped kitchen, with access to the terrace, includes a refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, traditional oven, microwave and hob.Upstairs, a landing leads to a bathroom with Italian shower, independent toilets, and three additional bedrooms: one facing west with a stork bed (2 single beds (90), one facing east with a stork bed (2 single beds in 90), and another facing north with two close single beds (90).A terrace surrounded by greenery, accessible from the kitchen, as well as a large garden, complete this family villa very well equipped. Internet access / WIFI is available. Smoking inside is forbidden. The villa is located in a quiet area, close to the beaches (700 meters), the city centre (950 meters) and a grocery store (550 meters), with easy parking on the street.Animals are allowed.
