For added entertainment there’s a dedicated billiard room with wall-mounted TV and bar stools, providing the ideal atmosphere for sports fans.
The property also has a quiet TV/Sitting room for relaxed downtime.
The ultra modern kitchen includes a 900mm oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, expansive benchtops, and a walk-in pantry.
The main bathroom features a full size bath and separate toilet, while the master ensuite offers a spa bath, shower, and toilet.

The property was neat, main living area was warm and inviting. Plenty of room for the kids to hang out with a desk in one room to do work. It was great for our needs

The layout of the house is well thought through with 4 communal areas for that allow for gathering as a group and for 1:1 chats. Beautifully designed interior, freshly mowed lawn and beautiful front yard. well maintained and clean rooms and bathrooms. Will definitely recommend for families.

Perfect for our large groupwith two young childrengood back yard for the 2 year old to rungreat kitchen and living spacesperfect location. we did walk into main street took about half an hour
