The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a dishwasher and coffee machine, and features a breakfast bar with seating for four. Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area comfortably seats six and provides access to the outdoor deck, furnished with its own dining set and BBQ. Relax in the lounge area on the cozy couches while enjoying entertainment options like Foxtel on the wall-mounted flat-screen TV. Alternatively, there's a selection of board games and a stereo available for your family's enjoyment.
Down the hallway, you'll discover three bedrooms and two bathrooms, along with a laundry. The master bedroom boasts a king bed, while the other bedrooms offer a king bed and two sets of single bunk beds, respectively, all featuring built-in robes. The main bathroom is equipped with a bath and separate shower, while the second bathroom, located in the laundry, features a shower. Additionally, there are two separate toilets, one next to each bathroom.
Beilby Beach Cottage is ideally located just a 3-minute drive from Inverloch’s main street, giving guests convenient access to shops, cafes, and local amenities. We had 5 adults stay in this house, and it was great! Couldnt have asked for anything more, close to beach and shops. Would recommend anyone looking for a getaway go here.

The cottage was a great place to stay in Inverloch for my wife and I and dog. Yard well closed in and plenty of basics available. Only thing, they wanted us to clean up thoroughly but didn’t provide dust pan and broom. Needs a really good clean inside. But appreciated the beautiful garden and pantry extras.
Also not really walking distance to beach / town. Only inlet.
