Although the house was good and reasonably equipped the outdoor furniture was poorly maintained and some of the benches were unsafe to sit on. The garden area was fenced but not pleasant. Inside, the ceiling fan in one bedroom could not be used for safety reasons and the stove top did not work well.

We had 10 people stay at the house quite comfortably. The kitchen was well equipped, board games for kids, main living area was great for the number of people we had. The house is about 1 km from the beach, so if you have young kids you still need to drive.
We were lucky enough to have hot weather, however the end 2 bedrooms didn’t cool very well with the air conditioning in the living room, although they did have fans. One bedroom had a portable air conditioner. Our only other comment would be that the house just needs a good spring clean.

TV not working. Garden very small and dry. Not like photo. Outdoor deck area not in good repair and could not be used. Would only recommend for budget holiday only.
