About this house rental
Huge, spacious and roomy are just a few words that sum up this expansive beach house.
This is the one you have been looking for.
This is not a party house but an extensive floor plan well suited for 2 families or an extended family celebration.
Downstairs is a huge area with open plan living incorporating kitchen, dining and living room, with split system cooling and heating. Further along is a separate chill out area with 2 comfy armchairs, books and games, as well as downstairs toilet, bathroom, laundry and 2 bedrooms.
The second large family area consists of a second large TV and dvd player & sofas, split system heating and cooling, plenty of space for the kids to play including a table tennis table and Foosball table
Upstairs is the parents retreat with 2 bedrooms, toilet and bathroom , as well as a sunroom with tv and wii and reverse cycle split system for heating and cooling
Additional Fans and portable heaters are also provided for individual bedrooms.

This property is well situated within walking distance of Venus Bay Village and patrolled Surf Beach 1 as well as beach 2.

Our stay was amazing. We were 8 people. The house had all the required amenities and a beautiful homely vibe. The property was spacious, neat, beautiful and very comfortable Highly recommend for groups!

The house is an older style home but everything was clean and there was plenty of room for everyone. It was also the perfect location!
