Step outside to a large backyard designed for fun, with a trampoline, kids’ playset, and plenty of space to run around. There’s also a table tennis setup in the garage, plus an extra fridge and dryer. Enjoy outdoor dining with a BBQ and seating area, perfect for warm evenings.

Lots of space & rooms, well linked for easy movement. All on one level, incl big level yard all securely fenced and safe for littlies. Generous double garage for table tennis, etc. Appliances all clean, working and recent. Everything you could need, incl spare light globes for unexpected events. We have already booked again for next Christmas!
