Beyond the deck is a large secure backyard, a space where your family pet is welcomed, games of cricket or totem tennis can be enjoyed (both supplied) and the kids are safe to play. Pets welcome, outside only. This residence features four generously sized bedrooms, with the master bedroom boasting an ensuite for an added touch of comfort. All bedrooms include either a wall mounted split system, ceiling fans and wall panel heaters to ensure year round comfort. The modern bathroom features a walk in shower and stylish vanity, with a separate toilet for convenience.
Downstairs, the rumpus room is a versatile entertainment space with free Wi-Fi, reverse cycle air conditioning, table tennis, board games and a second TV, fun for kids and adults alike.
