Independent Provencal villa with a beautiful private swimming pool and a large 1600 m² garden with olive and oak trees, close to the sea.
Comprising a living dining room with a large fireplace, a kitchen opening onto an outdoor patio with its dining area and outdoor kitchen, two large bedrooms upstairs (1 bed 180 and 1 140) and a third bedroom on the 2nd floor .
Two bathrooms (bath & shower) and separate toilet. Garage and cellar. Air conditioner.
Many shops nearby and different activities possible.

Weekly rental available for a large and beautiful villa in the charming village of La Gaude just north of Nice. Freestanding and set in its own expansive grounds with a large garden featuring olive and oak trees with a nice private pool.
The three storey villa understood of a large living / dining room with a big fireplace, a fully fitted kitchen which overlooks the patio which also has cooking and dining facilities. There are two large bedrooms on the first floor (with a king and a queen sized bed) and a third bedroom on the second floor. There are two bathrooms with bath and shower and additionally an separate toilet. There is also a large garage and a cellar as well as air conditioning throughout. All mod-cons are also provided including television / DVD, wifi, washing machine, etc.
La Gaude is ideally located in a quiet and calm area with easy access to the countryside, the vibrant city of Nice and the beaches. There are plenty of local businesses nearby to cater for everyday needs and a multitude of interesting places and activities on the doorstep. Located in the hills behind Nice with great views of the coast and mountains alike, La Gaude is very near to Vence and St. Paul de Vence, both beautiful town renowned for their artistic culture, the Maeght Art Foundation and festivals. Cannes, the Cap d´Antibes and Antibes with the Marineland waterpark are easily accessible, as is Monaco. Fantastic house in a perfect location, with easy access to anywhere in the Nice area. The property is spotless and fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The pool area is beautiful, with the pool itself ideal for children and maintained to a very high standard. We especially enjoyed spending most evenings outside in the covered seating area, eating and drinking together. Brigitte has done a wonderful job—couldn’t recommend this holiday home enough!

We arrived later than expected. Brigitte Welcome us in the Villa. Give us a short instruction how to find and use equipment in the Villa. We enjoyed the Villa, the Pool and Garden which ist more Like a Park with a lot to explore. Nice Restaurants next to the Villa are available. Who Wish to avoide to Drive to nice for beach visist, a beach called plage de loupe is 25 min away at cagnes de mer. Also Check Out was really good, communication was also really good.

Spent a wonderful 10 days at this beautiful villa. Host Brigitte was always on hand if we needed anything. Plenty of air conditioning in all rooms. Delightful swimming pool where we lazed many afternoons. Surrounded by beautiful olive trees and gardens. Beautiful location on the fabulous Côte D’Azur. Away from all the bustle yet close enough to visit so many wonderful locations. Intermarché close by for all shopping needs. Ample parking. Smart TV. All bedrooms were beautiful and very comfortable. Kitchen fully stocked with all necessary equipment. Outdoor seating and BBQ available. Sad to have left and would go back in a heartbeat. Thank you Brigitte!

We stayed here as 5 adults from the 30/6 to 7/7 2018 and had a wonderful stay. The house is very comfortable with air conditioning in the main bedroom but all the rooms were cool due to shutters and tiled floors. The house has everything you could need including home comforts such as a Nespresso machine, TV, dish washer, WiFi, washing machine and BBQ. The garden and pool are absolutely delightful, spacious, clean, well maintained and very attractive. We did take our own pool towels and would recommend this as none in the property.The house is very close to Nice and we enjoyed easy days out to Monaco, St Tropez and Cannes. Bridget speaks good English and is very helpful and on hand should you need her, she lives next door but doesnt intrude. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
