About this house rental
Our gite (New in 2015) with an area of 50 m2 is located 2 Kms from ST MALO (ROTHENEUF district) and is located in the popular district of St vincent in the town of ST COULOMB.
You will find the Havre du Lupine beach and the hiking trails (GR34) 900 meters from the house without using your vehicle.
It is composed of an entrance with cupboard overlooking new fitted kitchen area
with a table + 4 chairs.
Living room overlooking the terrace with sofa convertible into a 140 * 200 bed, very comfortable and new - coffee table and 100 cm TV.
-A parental bedroom of 12 m2 with cupboards and 160 * 200 cm bed (new bedding)
overlooking the terrace.
-Bathroom with shower - wc - and washing machine.
Outside, you will benefit from a 25 m2 terrace facing SOUTH AND WEST with table-4 chairs and parasol as well as two deckchairs and barbecue, all giving onto an enclosed and flowered garden.
Your bed will be made upon arrival and towels will be provided.
Non smoking accommodation. - No animals. -
A parking space will be allocated to you on the property.
