About this apartment rental

Peaceful and relaxing setting, away from the road, without traffic noise.
Privileged place for lovers of the seaside and hikers: the coastal paths (GR) pass nearby and allow you to reach St Malo or Cancale by customs trails
presentation:
Located on the 3rd and last floor (without elevator) of a small residence made up of 2 buildings, near a beach (the residence does not give directly on the beach, it is 100 m away) in a peaceful setting, in a greenery; it is a bright apartment, facing east-west, comfortable, equipped with "family" furniture, which gives it a warm and personalized atmosphere.

EQUIPMENT :
the apartment (55 m²) was refurbished at the end of 2016, it consists of:
a large bright living room fully furnished, equipped with a quality sofa bed (Italian brand Poltronésofà, high density comfortable mattress) for sleeping in 140
a spacious, pretty bedroom, facing east, with 2 single beds, and storage furniture (the beds, the sofa, all the bedding and the bed linen are new)
a beautiful new bathroom with bathtub and storage units + washing machine
a separate fitted dressing room
a separate toilet
a fully equipped kitchen, except dishwasher; with a view of St Malo, superb, in the evening with the lights.
an enclosed loggia facing south west, offering magnificent sunsets over the roofs and the sea. A "bistro" table and its 2 high stools allow you to enjoy the view.
WIFI portable OK (via smartphone), no box currently. We are waiting for the fiber.
a private parking space is available to holidaymakers.
in addition, a bicycle / stroller room is available on the ground floor of the building.
not accepting animals, the apartment is also non-smoking.

ENVIRONMENT:
100 m from the residence, a beautiful, gently sloping, sunny, secure and supervised summer beach is accessible by a private gate, locked, at the end of the park.
The accommodation is 200 m from the shops (butcher, caterer, bakery-pastry shop, wine shop, mini-market, hairdressing salon, crêperie, etc.) from the town of Rotheneuf, an old fishing village, and 5 km from St Malo intramural.
a bus stop for St Malo center and the surrounding area (to Cancale) is located at the foot of the residence.
a large sales area (Leclerc) is located 2 kms away.

This apartment allows you to live in St Malo, without the vagaries of parking and traffic in summer, it is very quiet and very comfortable, it will allow you to spend, we hope, a pleasant stay.
