If you come like me from abroad please read this ! They don’t provide towel and sheet It was not listing on Vrbo it was a big surprise During checking the host wanted cash ( to avoid paying tax ) when I told then that it was not on the listing regarding towel and sheet they become agressive Also if you have dust allergie don’t book there There is dust everywhere on the top of every cabinet And there is no space to put your clothes and suitcases Last you have to do the cleaning yourself if people before you don’t really do it good you end up this a dirty place Yes the location is nice close to the beaches and the village I don’t recommend to book this place There is too much furniture in this little appartement duplex

This is a lovely place. Very clean and cozy. Excellent location, minutes away from a fantastic beach and from a lovely ( and very friendly) bar, shops and restaurant.

Appartement lumineux, agréable et décoré avec goût, dans un quartier très calme (Rotheneuf) situé à 200m d'une très belle plage. Nos 2 enfants et nous-mêmes avons été très contents de notre séjour et nous y retournerons avec plaisir si l'occasion se présente ! Les propriétaires sont charmants et ont pensé aux moindres détails pour rendre notre séjour agréable !

Agréable appartement duplex très bien décoré avec à l'étage une grande pièce avec 2 petits lits et un grand lit séparé par un grand store très épais. Les parents peuvent dormir tranquille! L'électroménager est très récent. Appartement situé à proximité des commerces ( boucherie, boulangerie, supérette, bar-tabac);

Nous avons passé une très agréable semaine à St Malo que nous découvrions. L'appartement était tel que décrit dans l'annonce, suffisament grand pour 5 personnes (2 adultes et 3 enfants) et parfaitement agencé. Tout était mis à notre disposition dans un décor très cosy. Propriétaires sympathiques et disponibles. Je recommande vivement.

Propriétaires très sympathique, très bon accueil. La location est idéalement situé à Rothéneuf, vous serez à quelques minutes du centre ville de Saint-Malo (intra-muros). Il y a des parking à l'arrière et devant la location. En face se trouve un excellent restaurant (hôtel terminus) où vous mangerez mieux qu'au centre ville de Saint-Malo et pour beaucoup moins cher. Vous êtes à une minute à pied de la boulangerie, charcuterie, crêperie, etc... Il y a 2 plages à proximité dont une où il y a des activités pour les enfants. Concernant la location, tout est à disposition (vaisselles, ustensiles de cuisine, micro ondes, etc...). Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, si nous revenons à Saint-Malo c'est dans cette location que nous retournerons.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à Saint Malo. L'appartement est plein de charme, dans une résidence au calme. Très bon accueil. Le coin permet de belles balades à vélo ou à pieds. Il y a de quoi occuper les enfants par tous les temps (aquarium, crocodile bay, plage...). Saint Malo intra muros est facilement accessible.

Nous avons passé des supers vacances. Les propriétaires sont charmants et accueillants. L'appartement est adorable, il correspond parfaitement aux photos. La plage est super. Les remparts de St-Malo sont assez proches, accessibles facilement même sans voiture (bus). Nous gardons un super souvenir de nos vacances en Bretage.

Nous avons été enchantés de notre séjour, un accueil très chaleureux des propriétaires, l'appartement été confort à sa description, propre et entretenue, près de la plage comme indiqué, nous avons visités l'aquarium de Saint Malo et ses remparts, la ferme des crocodiles près du Mont Saint Michel, nous avons aussi profités de la plage et oui nous avons eu du soleil, vraiment nous en gardons un très bon souvenirs, je le recommmande
