In white Périgord, between Périgueux and Bergerac, come to relax in our delightful and ample périgourdine stone farmhouse-style cottage with its oven with bread (env.140 m2) any comfort, in a closed sported park of 5000 m2, with swimming pool privatory and reassured by 9 X 4 m - displayed depth 0,90 - 1,80 m full south
In peace, in some steps of strawberries's producer, ownership gives you three areas of life, the orchard, the inner courtyard with covered playground, and the swimming pool.
The farmhouse-style cottage is composed of six rooms :
Ground floor - a big equipped kitchen overlooking inner courtyard, a bathroom, a living room with big chimney, a dining room, a room -
First floor - two attic rooms.

This charming stone farmhouse in the quiet area of Eglise-Neuve-de-Vergt in the Dordogne is an absolute joy to stay at. It is so much more than just an ordinary gite. Located just off a little lane about a hundred metres away from the local road. It is very well equipped and the rooms are quite large, spacious and comfortable. As the nearest supermarket and restaurants are a fair way off you may need to plan your shopping well, but as it is in such a peaceful spot I believe that staying here is a lovely and extremely pleasant little bit of paradise in the French countryside.

Well equipped house with lovely pool. Good kitchen and living spaces. Attic rooms, one of which is actually a mezzanine over the lounge rather than a separate bedroom, become very warm (weather was unusually hot during our stay). Our experience was partly marred by failure of agreed arrangements for access, resulting in delayed entry (requiring phone calls and email - apology received later), and need to deal with floors that had not been swept before our arrival (no apology whatsoever).
