Located between Périgueux and Bergerac, in the countryside in a pleasant and calm environment, this old house with its completely private and secure swimming pool will delight you.
On the ground floor, it has a living room, an equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a 140 cm bed, 2 children's bedrooms with 1 bathroom and toilets on one side; and a master bedroom of the other with its bathroom, its toilets and a small living room overlooking the back.
Upstairs there is an additional attic bedroom with 1 double bed and a single bed.
Ideal home for children, many games and toys are available. A very large private park and a beautiful secure swimming pool.

Lovely house, helpful owner, great pool. Because of the heat the bedroom upstairs would have been very uncomfortable, so it was lucky that part of our group couldn't come
