About this house rental
Located in the countryside Périgourdine, this typical farm house, has been fully restored cottage. You will find the charm of old stones and wooden frames with all the modern comforts.
We will welcome you with vegetables and fruits of season as well as a jar of homemade jam.
The two bedrooms on the ground floor are nice and overlook the greenery.
Upstairs, the attic-loft offers an atypical space with its play area and library for the youngest.
The living room is large: it is divided into two parts: a TV corner (French and foreign channels) and a corner near the fireplace.
Large dining-room / kitchen opening onto the terrace.
Beautiful closed garden.
Internet and Wifi in all rooms.
2 double beds on the ground floor + possibly bed butterfly for child
4 single beds upstairs and a small bed that can accommodate a child up to 8 years.
A bathroom with bathtub on the ground floor.
A shower room upstairs.
2 WC.
Sheets and towels are provided. The beds will be made upon arrival and you will find a grocery store.
All comforts: TV, Internet, Wifi, DVD player, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave oven, barbecue, wood stove, deckchairs, children's high chair, iron, hair dryer .. .
The house has private access, accessible exclusively to tenants.

The house can accommodate allergy sufferers, especially those who are sensitive to dog and cat hair because no animal has ever been in the house.

We were a group of 6 (4 adults and 2 children under 6) and we enjoyed our stay here very much. The surrounding area is green and peaceful, and the garden was big enough to run around with the kids. They loved the vegetable garden and library, and we loved the spaciousness of the house and the beautiful outdoor seating areas. Our hosts Noemie, Raphael and Marie-Laure were so generous and were very prompt in responding to every question and need. Thank you!

Une maison très bien rénovée et équipée, parfaitement adaptée à notre séjour (4 adultes et 5 enfants). Le jardin et les combles sont parfaits pour les enfants, et la terrasse très agréable. L'endroit est très calme. L'accueil est très agréable, avec ce qu'il faut pour faire un repas en arrivant. La communication avec les hôtes est très facile. Nous recommandons chaleureusement !
