About this cottage rental
"gîte Puydepont"
The house, composed of a main part and an adjoining studio, offers a space of 160m2 opening onto a covered terrace overlooking a large garden. Not overlooked, the house is located in a very quiet environment on the edge of a forest full of hiking trails. A paradise for children, the house is filled with treasures: board games, Playmobils, Kapla, books, comics, DVDs
The fully equipped kitchen is open to the large living room with sofa, armchairs, TV.
CH1: 1 bed 160 + 1 bed 90, first floor
CH2: 2 beds 80 or 1 bed 160, first floor
Bedroom 3: 1 bed 140, floor
Bedroom 4: 1 bed 90, floor.
Studio: 1 bed 140 on the mezzanine + sofa bed.
1 bathroom, 1 shower room (walk-in shower) with WC + 1 separate WC.
Outside, covered terrace with a view of the 4,500 m² garden, garden furniture, children's games: trampoline, swings, slide, and hut in the garden.
Our cottage "Puydepont" is ideally located. You can easily radiate throughout the Périgord thanks to quick access to the main communication routes (Périgueux or Bordeaux train line at 1.4 km and A89 at 5 km)
If you want to rest in the countryside and enjoy the silence and healthy air of the countryside, you will enjoy a peaceful environment to recharge your batteries while benefiting from many local services (markets, shops, supermarkets). And for your well-being, we have planned various occupations in the house for the children (Playmobils, Kapla, board games, books, comics, DVDs, wii and games with 3 controllers, trampoline, swings, slide, garden hut)
The house offers direct access to forest walking paths, accessible by mountain bike. But if you prefer to cycle without technical difficulties, the greenway cycle route of the Isle valley is located 1 km away.
A little further on, 20 minutes away, you can enjoy the swimming pond of La Jemaye and its very pleasant paths.

KITCHENS: dishwasher, fridge-freezer, 2 ovens, 2 microwave ovens, 2 toasters, 2 coffee makers, 1 food processor, table for 8/10 people + side table for 2 additional people possible
SANITARY FACILITIES: 1 bathroom with corner bath, a separate toilet and a bathroom with walk-in shower, 8kg washing machine and toilet.
LIVING ROOM: large sofa with chaise longue, 2 relax armchairs, flat screen TV, dvd player, WII game console
BEDROOMS: all beds are equipped with duvets.
FOR BABIES: high chair, travel cot and small foam mattress (without sheets), changing table
GARDEN: covered terrace without vis-à-vis with a view of the garden of 4500m2, garden table for 12 people + table for 6/8 people additional possible, 9 deckchairs, swings, trampoline, wooden hut for children.
SUPPLIED AT NO EXTRA CHARGE
For your comfort:
-Beds made on arrival: (sheets and pillowcases provided)
-Towels and dish towels provided
-Starter kit included (salt, pepper, various spices, garbage bags, toilet paper, dishwasher tablets).
HOUSEKEEPING:
- Cleaning is not included in the rental price and must be done before your departure: products, vacuum cleaner and Spanish broom will be provided.
- To benefit from a cleaning service: request it (120€). It will still be the tenant's responsibility to unmake the beds and gather all the household linen used, empty the garbage cans and do the dishes. We also ask that the premises be treated with care by leaving them in a correct condition.
