About this house rental
In the heart of the Bergerac vineyards, we offer a charming old winegrower’s house, fully renovated, fenced, on a hillside, with a commanding view of the Dordogne Valley, located 7 km from Bergerac and
1 km from a village with shops. Built of stone, half-timbered, and period bricks, and surrounded by vineyards, the property is accessible by road. Below, two small ponds lend the space the tranquility needed for your relaxation.
The heating is electric. Air conditioning. Fully equipped kitchen.
The flooring is tiled, except for the area covered with linoleum. A crib and high chair are available upon request.
The pillows provided are foam.
Barbecue, patio furniture, lounge chairs, and umbrellas. Ping pong.
Private fenced pool, 10 x 5 m, depth ranging from 0.90 to 1.60 m.
Pets are allowed only by prior arrangement.
Linens: optional and available for an additional fee.
On the hotel premises, we also offer retail sales of beef from our organic farm via our website www.natureviande. en as well as the sale and tasting of wines from our estate.

Nous avons loué ce gîte pour un week end entre amis et malgré le temps pluvieux on a passé un superbe week end. Nous avons quand même bien profité du coin piscine, de la piscine et du paysage, de la table de ping pong et du jeu de flechette lors des petites éclaircies. Nous avons également passé un agréable moment en compagnie de Odile pour une dégustation de leurs superbes vins. Je recommande :)

Gîte assez bien équipé mais adapté pour 10-12 personnes max Hotes acceuillants sympathiques et disponibles. Consommation electrique en supplément pas indiqué clairement sur le site Abritel qui encaisse et conserve la caution beaucoup trop longtemps.
