This house with an elegant and modern interior stands nestled in an extensive garden in the countryside. At the front you have access to a shaded terrace with barbecue. The exceptional location of the house, in the tranquility of the countryside and yet close to the main roads, allows you to recharge your batteries without giving up the many activities that the region has to offer; the large 30 hectares of forest belonging to the owners and surrounding the property allow you to take peaceful walks. Périgueux (9 km) is a charming town that, in addition to the Saint-Front Cathedral, also attracts visitors with a Wednesday market, stores, restaurants and museums. Saint-Laurent-sur-Manoire (2 km) has a public swimming pool, and the nearest fishing lake is 7 km away. Sarlat (45 minutes) boasts ancient architecture and will also delight you with its castles and caves. From there you can also take a canoe trip on the rivers. The house is located more than 600 m (as the crow flies) from the highway, which will quickly take you to the sights of this region. The forest and the elevation protect you from any noise pollution from the highway.

Si vous cherchez un lieu pour vous dépayser...vous ressourcer..c'est ici qu'il faut venir.
Avons passé une semaine de vacances à 11 personnes, adultes, ados et enfants compris, et la maison offre 5 grandes chambres spacieuses avec literie de qualité... un grand séjour salle à manger avec deux grandes tables pour recevoir jusqu'à 15 convives.. une réserve est également à disposition pour le linge et les conserves... la terrasse couverte permet également de prendre tout les repas en extérieur..
Enfin la piscine, offre une vue imprenable sur la vallée...
Petit bémol... quand beaucoup veulent se baigner, la piscine peut paraître un peu petite.. car le volet roulant est inclus dans la longueur.
Enfin, un ménage renforcé et des placards permettant de stocker les courses seraient appréciées.

Un accueil plus que chaleureux, des propriétaires formidables, qui aiment partager. Nous avons passé de très agréables moments en leur compagnie.
