About this house rental
This beautiful family chalet with an area of 100m2 is ideally located in the heart of nature, close to many activities (caves, hikes, canoeing, castles, museums etc.)
Breathtaking view, large grounds (not fenced), pleasant surroundings, private swimming pool.

◎ 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds
◎ 1 bedroom (140x190 bed)
◎ 1 mezzanine with 2 beds (90x190)
◎ Living room with large family table + baby chair, fully equipped (sofa, TV, board games, books, etc.)
◎ Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, washing machine, etc.)
◎ Bathroom with bathtub + walk-in shower (separate WC)
◎ Spacious terrace (with a fence thus fencing it entirely) with outdoor table, direct access to an unheated swimming pool (6. 6 x 3.5 x 1.2m deep).
Gas barbecue and swimming pool only in summer.
◎ Additional bathroom with WC
Playground with 3 swings, ping-pong table and badminton net,
Kiosk with table football, garden furniture and bicycle garage. (2 adults and 2 children) only accessible in summer.
Small village 3 mins walk, with restaurants, bakery, canoe base and basketball court.

This new chalet, conceptualized and built by the owner, an expert carpenter of wood, will welcome you for a pleasant stay with the family.
Smoking allowed but outside ...(pets allowed, except in the bedrooms, please note: unfenced property).
Its design took into account accessibility for people with reduced mobility.
The owner living a few kilometers away remains available if necessary.
Please note, reservations are only possible for a minimum of 3 nights
and the swimming pool is closed from 01/10 to 01/06.
For the sake of eco-citizenship, meter reading at the current KWh price
(10kwh included per day).

Infrastructure idéale pour un séjour en famille ou amis de très bonne construction avec toutes les commodités digne de ce rang. La piscine est un atout majeur. Le calme en pleine nature est au rendez vous , l idéal pour se reposer. La faune environnante ( chevreuil, rapaces) égaieront vos matin et soir. De nombreux sites à couper le souffle sont présents non loin de la maison. Les propriétaires sont très agréables et à l écoute des locataires. Location à ne pas laisser de côté bien au contraire.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. La maison est très confortable, bien équipée, au calme.
Le coin est très sympa et très jolie, il y a plein de balade terre aventura à faire.

Séjour très agréable, le chalet est très bien agencé, les propriétaires prevenants. Il y a plein de jeux pour les enfants.

Wanneer u een rustige leuke vakantie wil in de Dordogne, Is dit de perfecte uitvalsbasis.
Het huis heeft alles wat je nodig hebt.
Super veel mogelijkheden om te fietsen en wandelen. En op korte afstand van alle bekende en mooie stedenbouw plekjes van de Dordogne.
