Light and bright, this beautiful home is located in the City of Anna Maria, on the north end of the island. Comfortably furnished, you have everything you need for fun and relaxation.
Pool heat is available for $20 a day. 1 week minimum.
Anna Maria Island is a tropical barrier island seven and one half miles long. Its fine white sugar sand beaches are open to the public with convenient accesses along the entire island. It is one of the finest beaches in the United States. Unlike some tourist areas of Florida that are typified by endless rows of high rise apartment buildings and hotels, Anna Maria is an island of homes and small resorts.

This villa was stunning !!! I’ve never been in such a well equipped villa before. It was spotless and everything immaculate. Fantastic location close to Bean Point. Fantastic shaded pool area.

Our family really enjoyed staying at the Shell House. Great location, walkable and bikeable to all of the spots we wanted to go to and see!
Two block walk to the beach on the north tip of the island!
Our only recommendation would be the addition of a BBQ grill.

Great location! Five minute walk to beach through quiet neighborhood. Everything you need in kitchen. Nice floor plan with first floor laundry. First floor updated. Second floor needs updating. Had to clean some areas of kitchen. Went to open windows to enjoy fresh air to find missing or damaged screens and filthy window sills. Old carpet up the stairs and second floor. Lots of bugs in kitchen upon arrival on a Saturday ~ we called rental company and they were super responsive and had an exterminator come to house on Monday. A Paradise Rental Company was great to work with.
