This ground-level, newly renovated beach house features three bedrooms and two bathrooms, making it the perfect getaway for families or groups of friends. And as of 2024, enjoy a brand new plunge pool with a freshly landscaped yard!
Sandy Cheeks is situated on a quiet street north of Pine Avenue, just a short block away from the Rod and Reel Pier. Enjoy a morning stroll to the pier, or take a short walk to the nearby Bayfront Park, where you can relax on white sand beaches, enjoy amazing views of the Skyway Bridge, and have a picnic on the bay. And if you're looking for a taste of the Gulf of Mexico, Bean Point, and the Sandbar Restaurant are just a short distance away.
Upon entering Sandy Cheeks, you'll be greeted with newly installed faux wood-laminate floors, giving the property a light and bright coastal cottage beach flare. The floor plan is perfect for family gatherings, featuring an updated kitchen and living room, as well as three cozy bedrooms. The master bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom, while the two additional bedrooms feature queen beds and share a second hallway bathroom.
The house is equipped with all the modern amenities to ensure that your vacation is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Stay connected with our free high-speed wireless internet, and catch up on your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV.

***OVERCROWDING CONSEQUENCES***
Maximum occupancy of rental homes on Anna Maria Island are set by the Cities and are strictly enforced. An occupant is any person staying overnight, regardless of the number of nights. Due to recent issues of overcrowding in the area, if maximum occupancy is exceeded during your stay, a $1000 (one thousand dollar) overcrowding fee will be charged to the payment method on file and your party will be immediately evicted. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation to keep Anna Maria Island enjoyable for everyone.

Our family enjoyed the stay at the property. It is cozy, clean, and centrally located to majority of the popular beaches in then island. 4 minute walk to see one of the most beautiful sun sets from the US.

We had a great time at Sandy Cheeks, it was the perfect place for our family to stay. We were on AMI for a family wedding but will be back again for longer vacation. The location was a 10/10, especially loved walking to Bean Point for the spectacular sunsets.

We had an amazing stay! The private plunge pool was a perfect way to cool off after a day at the beach, and the location can’t be beat just a short walk to beautiful, secluded Bean Point.The home was spotless on arrival and very well maintained throughout. The kitchen was impressively stocked with everything we needed for home cooking, which made meals easy and enjoyable.Overall, fantastic property that delivered on comfort, cleanliness, and location. We’d happily stay here again!
