Maximum occupancy of rental homes on Anna Maria Island are set by the Cities and are strictly enforced. An occupant is any person staying overnight, regardless of the number of nights. Due to recent issues of overcrowding in the area, if maximum occupancy is exceeded during your stay, a $1000 (one thousand dollar) overcrowding fee will be charged to the payment method on file and your party will be immediately evicted. Great property for family with kids. Beach in walking distance, pool for bigger kids when little ones nap, 2 separate indoor sitting spaces. Very clean and real estate company came immediately when we had one problem with the door alarm.

We have enjoyed our time visiting Anna Maria over the years. The house was very well kept and easily able to accommodate our family needs. The pool is on the smaller side which worked well as we have younger children. Our only problem was the two levels of the house ran on different AC systems. We never had any issues on the main floor. However, we were not able to get the AC to work for the majority of the stay. While we reported the issue, it was never adequately addressed by management. We did not want to bother the team for one day as it fell over a holiday but was mostly ignored or said it was our issue. I would recommend checking immediately upon your stay to make sure there are no issues because it did make it extremely uncomfortable for the guests who had to sleep through the heat for several nights.
