Welcome to your beachfront paradise! This Mediterranean home on the North end offers breathtaking views and a private bay beach just steps away from Bean Point.

This elevated Mediterrenean style home features balconies with panoramic water views from living room and dining area. Walk up to the side entrance of the house and ascend a few more steps to the main level with a spacious open floor plan. The living room boasts a full wall of sliding doors leading to a balcony terrace overlooking the Bay and spectacular views of the Sunshine Skyway Bridge displaying a nightly light show. Egmont Key with its lighthouse is also in the distance.

Enjoy your morning coffee watching the sun rise over the Bay, catch a glimpse of dolphins cruising by and get to know all the different seabirds! You will be amazed by all the different shades of blues and greens of the water!
Dine al fresco or prepare a romantic candlelit dinner in the formal dining area. A spiral staircase leads to the covered area where you will find the grill. The kitchen, equipped with a cooktop, oven and new refrigerator, offers ample counter space and a dining table for six. French doors open to the front patio, a perfect space to relax or connect with your friends at home.

All bedrooms are on this level. The primary suite features a queen-size bed and ensuite bathroom.
There is a king bedroom with a workspace. The other guest bedroom offers two twin beds and bunk beds. A full bath with a tub/shower combo is shared across the hallway.

Washer and dryer are conveniently located in the hall closet.

There is a game room in the front area of the garage level. Try a game of ping pong or Connect 4! You will also find the beach amenities with wagon, 4 beach chairs, umbrella and cooler.

The house comes with your private beach. Hang out on the loungers under the covered area over-looking the bay or take an early morning swim right at your back door.

EXTERIOR:
There is an open patio area and your private bay beach. Enjoy an early morning swim and witness the sun rising over the bay. Ample seating and loungers are provided to soak up the Florida sun. Hop under the outdoor shower to rinse off the sand and salt!

The driveway offers at least three parking spaces for your convenience. Garage is private. Only gas powered golf cart allowed.

The house is also just a short walk away from boutique shopping and eateries along historic Pine Avenue.

Dolphin Watch is a pet friendly property for dogs up to 50 lbs. The non-refundable pet fee is $150.00 per pet per stay. The pet fee does not cover any damage caused by the pet.
