This elevated beauty features balconies with panoramic water views from living room and dining area. Walk up to the side entrance of the house and ascend a few more steps to the main level with a spacious open floor plan. The living room boasts a full wall of sliding doors leading to a balcony terrace overlooking the Bay and spectacular views of the Sunshine Skyway Bridge displaying a nightly light show. Egmont Key with its lighthouse is also in the distance.
Enjoy your morning coffee watching the sun rise over the Bay, catch a glimpse of dolphins cruising by and get to know all the different seabirds! You will be amazed by all the different shades of blues and greens of the water!
Dine al fresco or prepare a romantic candlelit dinner in the formal dining area. A spiral staircase leads to the covered area where you will find the grill. The kitchen, equipped with a cooktop, oven and new refrigerator, offers ample counter space and a dining table for six. French doors open to the front patio, a perfect space to relax or connect with your friends at home.
All bedrooms are on this level. The primary suite features a queen-size bed and ensuite bathroom.
There is a king bedroom with a workspace. The other guest bedroom offers two twin beds and bunk beds. A full bath with a tub/shower combo is shared across the hallway.
Washer and dryer are conveniently located in the hall closet.
The house comes with your private beach. Hang out on the loungers under the covered area over-looking the bay or take an early morning swim right at your back door.
