Beautifully decorated Main St home with an 8 minute stroll down the road into town for access to all the restaurants, shops and waterfront!!
Large backyard and patio perfect for having great bbq's on the large lynx built in gas grill. Yard tastefully decorated with flower bed and hydrangeas. Recently added luxurious outdoor shower.
Kitchen renovated in 2018 with spacious island and seating as well as separate breakfast table. Separate formal dining room with table w/leaf, bar credenza, fireplace and mantle.
Home is equipped with a 50' plasma, 40' LED, 32' LCD in the living room, master bedroom and office (w/small couch and desk). Living room and office have sonos playbar's and play base's respectively and there are sonos zones in the kitchen, dining room, patio and master bath.
Second floor bathrooms extensively renovated at the end of 2018, new tile, showers, vanities, paint, etc.
Master bedroom has king bed upstairs w/its own full bath. Other rooms upstairs: queen bedroom, single bed bedroom and front room with double, single and a crib. The other renovated upstairs bathroom is in the hallway outside these other rooms.
Downstairs has a single bed bedroom, half bath with laundry and pantry off kitchen and full bath off of office. Living room is off main front entrance.
