The entire home has been refreshed with all new furniture (inside and out), a new refrigerator and washer/dryer, new bedding, linens, and towels, plus a new gas grill, beach chairs, and accessories. The interior has been freshly painted, the floors refinished, and the landscaping newly completed; everything is ready for effortless island living.
Outside, enjoy a spacious deck with a large dining area, cozy lounge seating, and an enclosed outdoor shower for sandy returns from the beach.

Booking Details
Peak Season (June–Aug): 7-night minimum, Sunday–Sunday stays.
Extended Peak Stays (14+ nights): Flexible arrival/departure.
Off-Season (Sept–May): 4-night minimum, flexible arrival/departure.
PLEASE NOTE: During June, July, and August, we have a 7-night minimum, with SUNDAY as our turn-over day.
